Currently we are looking for high-caliber and professional SENIOR SYSTEMS & NETWORK ENGINEER with proven experience to join our IT support Team in LIMASSOL
Duties and responsibilities:
Ability to support existing and new clients either through phone or on-site visits. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Day to day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of ICT Infrastructure
• Administration and configuration of ICT Infrastructures
• Updating and patching of operating systems, networks or systems equipment software/firmware and equipment replacements or upgrades
• Providing 2nd level customer support to ensure SLA compliance
• Handling incidents and service requests
• Deploy/install and configure enterprise IT systems and Datacenter Infrastructures, wired and wireless networks (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.) as well as IP telephony systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Adherence to deadlines
• Liaise with vendors technical staff and other IT professionals for problem resolution.
• Fulfil any other duties relevant to the job assigned by the company’s management.
Requirements and skills:
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in similar position
• Networking and Systems Setup and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Microsoft Enterprise products
• Knowledge on IP Telephony. Experience on 3CX systems will be considered as advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language written and verbal (Russian will be considered an advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of virtualization concepts and experience with VMware, Hyper-V
• Team Player, agile, responsive, honest and reliable.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
